Apartamento Terra can accommodate up to five guests. It offers two spacious bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.

We want you to enjoy your stay and help keep the apartment in the best condition for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the following rules: • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or throwing cigarette butts from the balcony. • Pets are not allowed. • Parties, celebrations, or gatherings that may cause disturbances are not permitted. • Only guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization. • Please respect the neighbors' rest, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Avoid loud music, shouting, and noise in common areas, on the balcony, and inside the apartment. • Take care of the furniture, appliances, and other equipment. Any damage or incident should be reported as soon as possible. • Do not move the furniture or use towels to remove makeup, clean shoes, or for cleaning tasks. • Turn off the air conditioning, lights, and appliances when you leave the accommodation. Also, close doors and windows. • For safety reasons, it is not permitted to light candles, incense, or any other item with an open flame. • Keep the building's common areas clear and avoid leaving personal belongings outside the apartment. Before departure: • Dispose of all garbage in the appropriate containers. • Place used utensils in the dishwasher and run it before you leave. • Leave the apartment reasonably tidy and collect any food or personal belongings. • Close windows, turn off lights and air conditioning, and follow the instructions provided for returning the keys or locking the door. Serious violations of these rules, especially holding parties, having unregistered guests, or repeatedly disturbing neighbors, may result in the termination of your stay.
